Apply to all users |
|
This option specifies whether the associations should be stored in the
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT or the HKEY_CURRENT_USERS section of the registry. If set,
the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT section is used. If another application has changed
the associations, you might have to set this option since most applications
uses the HKEK_CLASSES_ROOT section. Storing the settings in the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
section has higher priority than the HKEY_CUYRRENT_USER section. If you're not
a computer administrator you can probably not apply your settings for all users.
Windows 9x users should always keep this option set.
